In their own words

As a blue belt under Paul Lukowksi at Nottingham MMA, I am still in the early days of my BJJ journey. However, my small size has meant I have had to develop a unique style quickly. This has helped me to excel in competitions, including the Midlands interclub where I won gold in the absolute division during the summer of 2024. My previous teaching experience includes coaching the women and non-binary Thai Boxing class at Nottingham Trent University. I always aim to bring a focused, dynamic and inclusive approach to teaching. I am passionate about using this experience to provide an invaluable perspective to the women's classes at Fortress Jiu Jitsu.

_{By car: We have plenty of free parking around the building if you are travelling by car. Free parking includes the car park by Wentworth Sporting Supplies. After business hours you can park anywhere around the building or on Brookfield Gardens as you don't need a permit to park.}

_{By bus: You can catch the NCT bus 58 towards Arnold (Green Bus)}_{from Nottingham City Centre and stop at Croft Road. From the stop, it's a 10 minute walk to the academy. If you catch the NCT bus 56 towards Arnold (Green Bus) from Nottingham City Centre and stop at Leivers Avenue, it's 7 minute walk to the academy.}
